The terms that apply when you buy an original painting from Andreea Ionela Berindei through this site. Last updated 3 September 2026.
Originals only
Every work sold here is a one of one original. No prints or editions are made. Each painting is signed and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Prices and payment
Prices are in United States dollars and exclude shipping, duties and taxes. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. A work is reserved for 30 minutes while a checkout is open and is sold when payment succeeds.
Delivery and sales
Delivery, and the terms of sale including that a purchase is final, are set out on the Shipping and sales page, which forms part of these terms.
Copyright
Copyright in every work stays with the artist. Buying a painting does not transfer the right to reproduce it. You may display the work and share images of it with credit.
Commissions
Commissioned works are governed by the written agreement issued with the quote.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
